These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the community portal and related services (“Services”) operated by Persatuan Penduduk Ferrea Denai Alam (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for residents, tenants, and authorised members of the Ferrea Denai Alam community. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems.
• Misuse visitor registration, access passes, or any feature in a manner that compromises community safety.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

Account and Access

Access to certain features requires authentication via a one-time login link sent to your registered contact details. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

Payments

Invoices for community dues and services are payable through our portal via our payment gateway. All payments are subject to the terms of the payment provider. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

Visitor and Vehicle Registration

When you register visitors or vehicles, you confirm that you are authorised to share their details and that the information is accurate. You are responsible for the conduct of visitors you bring into the community.

Community Conduct

Your use of the Services and participation in the community is also subject to our Code of Conduct. We may suspend or restrict access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
