Streamlining RFID Sticker Orders
As briefly mentioned in our previous article, we have been working on streamlining our processes, one of which is ordering RFID stickers. We are happy to announce that starting today, you may now order RFID stickers directly from Club@Ferrea!
The Gist
Traditionally, residents had to navigate the intricate process of ordering RFID stickers by sending manual email requests. This method often led to delays, miscommunications, and a significant drain on resources. Recognizing the need for a more seamless and user-friendly approach, we have now integrated a new feature on our website, allowing residents to order RFID stickers with just a few clicks.
How it works
You should now see a new menu item titled “Orders” on your dashboard. Clicking on this will bring you to the Orders page where you can view your current orders and place new ones.
- Placing an order: To place a new order, simply click on the “New Order” button.
- Selection: Select from the list of vehicles registered under your account. If you cannot find your vehicle here, please ensure that it has already been registered and has no pending orders.
- Secure payment: Once satisfied with your selection, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can pay for your order.
- Order confirmation: Upon successful payment, our admin will be notified to start processing your order. You may monitor the status of your order on the “Orders” page.
- Collection: Once your order is ready, you will be notified via FerreaBot to collect your RFID sticker from the guard house.
