Please follow this guideline on how to install your RFID stickers.

1. Identify the vehicle to install the sticker according to the label on the sticker.
2. RFID stickers must be installed on non-metal surfaces of your vehicles. For example, it can be installed on the left side mirror or front plate number.

For cars, the recommended location is to install on the upper side of left side mirror.

For other vehicle types, install on the left side and non-metal surfaces of the vehicle e.g. left fairing of a motorcycle.

3. Clean the surface thoroughly using damp cloth and some soap.
4. Peel off the RFID sticker, making sure that your hands are not touching the sticky surface.
5. Apply the RFID sticker and apply some pressure using your fingers.
6. If your RFID comes with a PPF sticker, peel it off and apply it on top of the RFID sticker. Apply some pressure using your fingers to make sure that the PPF sticker is applied properly.

Q. What happens when my RFID sticker is damaged or stopped working?
A. You may request for a replacement for RM20 per sticker. Please contact [email protected] to request for a replacement.

Q. I need a new RFID sticker for my new vehicle. How do I get one? A. A new sticker can be requested for RM50 per sticker. Please contact [email protected] to request for a new RFID sticker.

Q. Can I transfer my RFID sticker to a different vehicle?
A. No.
